We are seeking a Sr. Controls Engineer with experience in PLC, Controls Engineering and HMI to join our team. This position is responsible for developing, installing, and troubleshooting control systems for industrial automation. The successful candidate will possess strong problem solving skills, be highly self-motivated, and have a good understanding of industrial electrical and electronic principles.
- Position Overview: The Sr. Controls Engineer will design, develop, install, and troubleshoot control systems for industrial automation. The engineer will collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and customers to identify and implement solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug, and implement control systems for industrial automation.
- Develop control software programs using ladder logic and other control programming languages.
- Develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug control systems and programs.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and products.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
- Experience in PLC, Controls Engineering, and HMI.
- Experience in developing control software programs using ladder logic.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Good understanding of industrial electrical and electronic principles.
