Multi-billion dollar public company is looking for a Sr Corporate Tax Accountant to join their team. To be considered, you must be a degreed accountant with a minimum of 3 years corporate tax or public accounting compliance and research experience. CPA or Masters in Taxation a big plus. Responsibilities

+ Assist with the preparation and review of the US consolidated corporate income tax returns (federal and state).

+ Prepare workpapers which support all tax return line items and rax positions.

+ Prepare quarterly income tax estimates.

+ Analyze the fixed asset system and reconcile GAAP and Tax Book differences.

+ Research and prepare responses for Federal and State Tax audits.

+ Must have a minimum of 3 years corporate tax experience.

+ Must live in Broward County or Palm Beach County
