We are currently seeking a highly experienced Cost Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and financial analysis.As a Cost Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cost accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the cost accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting
- Develop and implement cost accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to facilitate decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
