Reporting to the - - Associate Director, Creative at the University of Rochester Medical Center, - - the Senior Creative and Design Specialist - - is a collaborative and innovative creative designer who works with clients and partners to determine innovative ways to deliver information and reach audiences across a spectrum of media (e.g. print/web/digital/video). Using strong creative skills, develops visually engaging designs and assets for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing campaigns and advertising, video, collateral, and posters. Adapts designs for different platforms and mediums while ensuring consistency and maintaining brand identity across all channels. As part of our marketing and communications team, this role is essential in developing and executing engaging digital and print materials that promote our organizations services.
