The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for carrying out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints and questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.GEODIS is one of the world's largest leading Supply Chain Operators! As a GEODIAN, you will work hands-on with products from hundreds of customers in different industries - retail, healthcare, technology, and more - all within our warehouse distribution centers located globally.The points below highlight the Senior Customer Service Representative duties:Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints.Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders.Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information.Requirements:High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.Exposure to Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management system or comparable.(1) The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
