Pay/Salary/Benefits/Perks- $85-$95k

Position reports to: AVP Actuarial & Business Analytics

Work from Home Policy: Hybrid - first week onsite then 1 day/week onsite

Role Overiew

Supports the data analysis and forecasting needs of the organization using proficient knowledge of data processing software and business development strategies. Drive and support projects for the Analytics team and Assistant Vice President.

Primary Duties:

• Translate high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the business intelligence application and data warehouse.
• Utilizes scripting and query tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/ BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards
• Create and maintain year-, quarter-, and month-end reports using SSRS, Power BI, Excel, or some other required delivery method.
• Maintain and continually improve tabular data models where data is staged for reporting.

Required Skills/Competencies

• Minimum 5 years directly related experience with development and maintenance of Business Intelligence
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) in related field preferred
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft a plus
• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate from Microsoft a plus
