Oversees long-term data roadmap and assessing data requirements for new products. Drive the roadmap and implementation of Master data management implementation (Semarchy, DRM or relevant experience) and adoption within the organization with partnership from Enterprise Data Governance. Manages and enriches the data catalog (Purview, Collibra) by documenting both business and technical data schemas, enhancing data discoverability and data quality criteria within the preferred data cataloguing solution. Building a data-driven culture, fostering an environment where data is readily accessible and used to inform decision-making across all levels of the organization. Facilitates data sharing agreements to ensure seamless integration and compliance across systems and process owners. Establishes standards for data hierarchies and Master Data Management (MDM) within their domain, ensuring data consistency, quality and approval workflow.
