As the Sr. Digital Technology (DT) Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in executing the digital technology strategy at our Carolina, Puerto Rico facility. Reporting to the DT Director of Microenterprises, you'll collaborate closely with plant management to ensure the effective coordination of all digital technology activities that support and enhance our operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead projects, manage resources, and deliver high-quality results, all while working within a dynamic and inclusive environment.PositionSr. Digital Technology Site LeadLocationUSA, Carolina, PRHow You'll Create PossibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Lead digital technology initiatives, focusing on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other key ERP systems.Guide and mentor a diverse team, helping them grow while delivering on critical projects.Implement and integrate technology solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative recommendations.Partner with key stakeholders to optimize system performance and align technology solutions with business needs.Champion continuous learning and ensure your team stays up-to-date with the latest in Oracle EBS and other relevant technologies.Foster collaboration across plant management, DT teams, and external partners to drive efficiency and improve production quality.Ensure compliance with security standards, data integrity, and company policies.Support advanced manufacturing initiatives and lead the implementation of new digital technologies to enhance production quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.What You'll Bring to Our TeamMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Management, MIS, Computer Science, Management of Technology, Engineering and/or minimum 7 years of relevant experienceAbility to work hours outside of routine schedule as necessary and occasional travelExperience developing and providing direction for IT resources, budgets, and ROI analysisExperience with one or more major ERP applications suites (Oracle EBS preferred)Experience working with and influencing groups which support IT infrastructure including telecommunications, networking, VoIP, IT and plant security, Active Directory, Exchange Server and Windows Server & Client/Edge environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Strong logical problem-solving skills with ability to influence both DT and business partner management teamsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and efficient project management skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentProven experience working closely with business owners on continuous process improvementAbility to uphold safety standards, participates in continuous process improvement on the job, and follows our manufacturing best practicesOur CultureAt GE Appliances, creativity meets passion and conversations lead to exceptional outcomes and experiences.
