This remote role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation, crafting cutting-edge web and digital marketing products that redefine customer engagement with life insurance and financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sleek, user-friendly UI designs and interactive experiences
- Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, high-fi mockups, and prototypes
- Participate in strategic planning of qualitative and quantitative research methods for design initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with fellow designers to maintain consistency across digital platforms
Requirements:
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience working and collaborating with design systems
- Proficiency in creating high-fidelity UI designs
- Experience creating customer journey maps, user flow diagrams, IA models, wireframes, and similar early-stage deliverables
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, personas, and qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong understanding of UX and interaction design principles applicable to responsive web and native mobile experiences
- Basic user research experience, including conducting user interviews, ideation, and usability testing
- Proficiency in working with AEM or other complex CMS systems
- Mastery of Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite, Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Front-End frameworks
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or Human Computer Interaction
