Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director, Supply Chain Finance to join our team. This role will be instrumental in partnering with our Chief Operations Officer and their team, providing critical financial analysis, conducting cost studies, and identifying operational efficiencies. The incumbent will ensure the integrity of the transaction environment and collaborate closely with functional management and the executive leadership team to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Location: Upstate Niagara Cooperation, Corporate Office - Lancaster, NY (with flex location in Batavia NY). Work From Home Flexibility Provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A activities for the supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

* Proactive P&L Analysis: Conduct proactive profit and loss (P&L) analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern. Develop strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

* Cost Studies and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost studies to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance profitability, and improve operational efficiency. Analyze production and distribution costs, overhead, and other financial metrics.

* Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiencies within the Supply Chain. Collaborate with plant and distribution managers to streamline processes and reduce waste.

* Transaction Environment Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within the Supply Chain. Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes.

* Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans. Monitor and adjust forecasts as necessary to reflect changing business conditions.

* Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with Supply Chain leaders and the executive leadership team to align financial strategies with operational goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

* Education and Training: Educate and train Supply Chain leaders and other stakeholders on financial management principles and fiscal responsibility. Promote a culture of financial awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

* Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to support the Supply Chain effectively.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry is a plus.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and cost studies.

* Proven track record of identifying operational efficiencies and driving cost-saving initiatives.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with supply chain leaders and executive leadership.

* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and developing finance teams.

* High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

Pay:

* $177,900-$232,700*

* The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
