ABOUT THEM

They are a boutique full-service brand shop brand who are winning tons of work CPG space. They have mastered services across branch architecture, positioning, pack design, brand guideline creation, and more - ranging from building brands from scratch, rebranding, creating insights, and/or innovating businesses as a whole. They are looking to double their strategy team and bring in some great thinkers and makers to lead work across a variety of interesting work!

THE ROLE

As a Senior Director on this team, you will be exposed to a variety of robust foundational brand projects, and have a great opportunity to try new things that build upon your existing skillset. You will lead and support across projects, bringing your expert knowledge in the execution of strategy, coaching internal teams as well as client pitches, while you make an impact on the overall practice of this office as it seeks to grow.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 8-15 years of experience in a traditional brand strategy, brand transformation, innovation, consumer insights, or related
• Recent consulting/agency experience is a preferred
• Ability to shift gears quickly and have a hunger to build new skills
• Solid communication, pitching, and writing skills
• Ability to come into NYC-based office (hybrid)
