Our client is seeking a Global Total Rewards Leader who will lead the development and execution of our compensation and benefits strategy on a global scale. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and management of total rewards programs, aligning them with our business objectives, and ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with global regulations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and equity programs.
- Align and communicate compensation and benefits strategies with executives and regional leaders.
- Analyze market trends and competitive practices to recommend salary adjustments and incentive levels.
- Evaluate and recommend adjustments to compensation structures.
- Drive stakeholder buy-in for changes in compensation and benefits strategies.
- Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Manage benefit vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
- Provide strategic leadership in the design and communication of Total Rewards programs.
- Monitor and analyze global compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitive offerings.
- Administer and optimize executive compensation programs and equity-based incentives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to link compensation and benefits to performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to benefits programs.
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation and benefits.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards, including compensation, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and well-being programs.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) with advanced proficiency.
- Global benefit and compensation experience in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Global Remuneration Professional) preferred.
- Demonstrated HR leadership and experience in managing global compensation and benefit practices.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
