Join Provepharm, a human-scale company full of challenges!OVERVIEW & JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Director, Hospital Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Strategic Pricing will be crucial in developing and executing Provepharm, Inc's strategy for engaging with IDNs and driving business growth in the hospital sector. This role will build win-win partnerships that drive contracts with IDNs, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Payers and ensure access to end users that will enable Provepharm, Inc to surpass its sales and business goals. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to engage with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across the country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within IDNs, including C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and procurement teams
- Lead a team of IDN Account Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and IDN purchasing behaviors to inform strategic decisions
- Developing pricing strategies for products across different channels, including GPOs
- Comprehensive contract negotiation and administration, including strategic business case develop, implementation, and on-going performance measurement to ensure pull-through and contract compliance.
- Maintain contracts to ensure they are current with timely price change implementation and prompt handling of fees and accuracy of chargebacks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, with at least 5 years focused on hospital and IDN accounts
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing IDN strategies
- Strong understanding of hospital systems, purchasing processes, and healthcare industry trends
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Understanding of Reimbursement methodologies and Payer/Managed Care Organizations and PBM business structures
- Existing relationships with IDNs, Group Purchasing Organizations, Specialty Distributors, Hospital Health Systems and Specialty Pharmacies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
