The role plays a meaningful role in leading and supporting our global HR partner teams and driving business outcomes through effective people management.What You'll Take On:Leadership
  • Lead and manage a global distributed team of HR Business Partners, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Influence change initiatives, develop change management plans, and manage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, applying knowledge to drive business outcomes.
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to support business decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Recommend innovative approaches and methods to drive continual improvements in business objectives.
  • Translate business goals and strategy into optimal people processes.
Talent Management
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead the development and implementation of succession planning, leadership development, and performance management programs.
Employee Engagement and Experience
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
Global HR Operations
  • Collaborate with global HR Operation and Talent Acquisition teams to implement and ensure compliance with global HR policies, procedures and laws.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
Change Management
  • Lead the development and implementation of communication plans to support organizational change.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement change management strategies.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize HR initiatives and allocate resources accordingly.

  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence, drive decisions, and recommendations with data

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $204,700 and $302,980 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
