MN8 is headquartered in New York City with offices in Delray and Boca Raton, Florida and Madrid, Spain.About the position: MN8 Energy LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Director, Investor Relations to implement and lead our investor relations strategy and foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in investor relations within the energy or renewable energy sector. The Sr Director of Investor Relations will participate in presentations to investors, press releases, earnings calls, roadshows and more.As the Sr Director of Investor Relations, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations processes and strategies aligned with MN8 Energy LLC s business objectives.
- Create and maintain a strategic communication plan to effectively communicate MN8 Energy LLC s financial performance, operational milestones, and growth prospects to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of strategic messaging for the investment community.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other members of the investment community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, meetings, and conferences, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Coordinate, prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investors and analysts.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and investor sentiment.
- Work with key leaders to understand the latest industry and competitive news and to promptly address internal and external stakeholder questions.
- Collaborate with executive management to understand and assist in the preparation of long-term financial forecasts, strategic plans, and investor presentations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on investor feedback, market trends, and industry developments.
- Special projects as needed
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, securities law and/or regulatory, finance, or related fields, with a focus on power or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and SEC regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate investor needs and develop and execute proactive communication strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting ranges from $165,000 $175,000.
