The Role: Entegris is seeking a Sr. Director, IT PMO & Digital Delivery to join our team. We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader for our portfolio of large-scale, multi-dimensional initiatives enabling Entegris' Digital Transformation. You will partner with senior executives and ultimately be accountable for the overall strategic shaping, planning, implementation, and effectiveness of work for digital initiatives. You will guide globally distributed teams to deliver successful product outputs and meaningful business outcomes for Entegris while influencing change. This position will report to the VP, IT Strategy and Execution. What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Entegris Digital Portfolio and Agile Transformation
  • Align the IT digital projects with the organizational goals, priorities, and roadmap
  • Secure and allocate the necessary resources, funding, and sponsorship for the IT digital projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance, risks, and benefits of the IT digital projects
  • Provide regular and transparent reporting and communication to senior management and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key PMO stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to PMO staff and project managers
  • Develop employees by assessing strength and development needs, giving timely and specific feedback and coaching, and providing challenging assignment and development opportunities
  • Work with business and cross-functional teams to develop Business Case and Cost Benefit analysis for prioritized initiatives within the program
  • Participate in the construction of Statements of Work (SOW) and Request For Proposal (RFP) in collaboration with the business and other agency teams for projects within the program
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
  • Work with Project Portfolio Managers and Project Managers within the program to maintain clear, effective, and transparent communications
  • Lead the establishment of a project management community of practice that includes Divisional PMOs to facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing amongst project managers and key PMO stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Facilitate continuous improvement to improve flow, quality, and value realization, utilizing bowler charts to highlight tracking of progress to goals
What We Seek:
  • Strong experience leading a transformative Portfolio and Program Management Office, managing internal and external Product and Project Managers leading large enterprise initiatives
  • Extensive Program Management experience, planning and managing large complex digital business programs
  • Led and supported large business transformational initiatives
  • Excellent executive level oral and written communications skills
  • Strong understanding of structured Change Management and its relevance to project execution
  • Critical thinking skills and a high degree of creative thinking, operating independently within the corporate framework with a keen sense of personal responsibility and bias for results
  • Ability to apply business management, financial concepts, and contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated successful performance interacting comfortably with all levels of management and actively participating in senior leadership teams
  • Experience in identifying and applying innovative ideas to business problems and shepherding them through the development stage to implementation and successful adoption
  • Enterprise-wide knowledge of ERP and other bolt on application in spaces of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
  • A master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program and project management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • One or more of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum CSM, Certified Scrum Professional
  • A proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex, and strategic IT projects
  • A deep knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, as well as emerging technologies and trends
  • A strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • A high level of vision, creativity, and innovation
  • A passion for driving change and delivering value through IT
