Job Description: Are you passionate about transforming healthcare with cutting-edge technology?
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sr. Director of Mammography Digital Solutions to lead our efforts in creating a holistic mammography workflow. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in product management, AI/engineering, and business development to manage and expand our portfolio of AI, digital, and workflow features. Your goal will be to improve performance, cost, and efficiency, while also driving business development and partnership initiatives to accelerate our go-to-market plans.
**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead product management for our mammography AI, digital, and workflow solutions, including data management systems and viewing applications.
+ Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring product profitability, growth, and pipeline health.
+ Create a cross-functional roadmap, defining features and technical specifications for digital and workflow solutions that address challenges in breast cancer screening and diagnosis.
+ Deliver new product introductions that enhance clinical workflow, global market share, contribution margin, and product quality.
+ Develop strategic partnerships to co-develop and co-commercialize digital/workflow assets.
+ Own financial performance of the product portfolio, achieving revenue and EBIT goals.
+ Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial change processes.
+ Motivate and develop team members to deliver business results.
+ Collaborate with communications, content, and marketing teams to strengthen brand messaging.
+ Exercise strong judgment to balance speed with high-quality, scalable solutions. Iterate quickly, test new ideas, and analyze results.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
+ 10+ years of multi-functional experience in product management, business development, sales, marketing, and clinical roles.
+ Background in healthcare AI, SaaS, and/or imaging.
+ Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
+ Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
+ Experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale.
+ Experience incorporating AI into products.

The salary range for this position is 163,2000 - 240,000, not including discretionary performance bonus. . For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $163,200.00-$244,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
