Job Title: Director of Engineering

A leading consumer goods supplement company is looking to hire a Director of Engineering for their growing company. The Director of Engineering will provide leadership regarding the design, construction, and maintenance of all facility systems.
The Director of Engineering will be responsible for:
- Lead the development and execution of the Site Master Plans and other long-term Engineering and Capital Project plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GMP, OSHA, FDA, HC, TGA, and EPA.
- Direct and coordinate activities that support the timely and efficient repair and maintenance of all process equipment and facility systems.
- Work cross functionally with business team and plant resources to understand business needs and to develop clear project scope, cost, and schedule
- Share plans with supply chain and business leaders to secure approval and funding
The Ideal Candidate has:
Bachelors degree in engineering
10+ years of manufacturing-based industries
3+ years in the Food & Beverage Industry
