Title: Senior Director of Regulatory AffairsLocation: Remote (Nationwide)Employment Type: Full-Time/PermDescription: Lead and manage the regulatory affairs function to ensure compliance with evolving regulations at federal, state, and local levels. Collaborate with internal teams and external entities to interpret legislation, provide guidance, and drive the successful implementation of new regulatory requirements. Develop communication strategies to inform stakeholders about regulatory updates and support enterprise-wide compliance efforts. Act as the primary interface for regulatory matters across business units and external stakeholders while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and strategic foresight.Required Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid laws. Extensive experience in compliance or regulatory roles within managed care health plans. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in health law and healthcare administration principles. Skilled in relationship-building with internal and external partners. Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Desired Skills: Strategic thinking with an ability to anticipate regulatory trends. Experience with legal research tools. Aptitude for influencing others and navigating organizational dynamics.
