Kenvue is recruiting for a Sr Director, OneS4 Supply Chain Transformation Readiness to be focused on driving supply chain preparedness across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Data for the business transformation, enabled through the Kenvue OneS4 program based on the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. This position is located in the United States. Preferred location is Summit, New Jersey. Other locations in NA or EU may be considered.

What will you do

The Sr. Director position will be a critical part of the portfolio of Enterprise Programs, a set of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain and Finance digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem, standardizing our core business processes across Supply Chain, Market and Financial Operations, and enabling our integrated data strategy. The portfolio is inclusive of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation, the Master Data Management Platform initiative, and the Finance Integrated Technology Transformation.

The key responsibility for this role is to proactively identify and resolve readiness challenges and manage key interdependency risks within Supply Chain Operations across the domains of people, process, data and technology needed to ensure a successful implementation and adoption of the OneS4 program. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is and to-be business needs/capabilities, benchmarking, continuous improvement opportunities, and consistent process documentation. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with OneS4 program team at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level.

The OneS4 Supply Chain Transformation Readiness Lead shares the responsibility of making the overall effort a success. The candidate will bring in thought leadership, multidisciplinary thinking, action orientation, creative problem solving, and listening skills.

Major Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of existing business processes to proactively identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement in preparation for the OneS4 implementation with a focus on business processes that need to be reintegrated or replaced, which are both localized and outside an enterprise system of record.
  • Develop and implement effective process improvement strategies, including process redesign, automation, and optimization with the aim of accelerating business adoption and site readiness for the OneS4 transformation across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Data.
  • Collaborate with OneS4 Process and Product Owner team members to align business strategies with the configuration of the system to support optimized processes and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with OneS4 training team on developing training sessions and provides ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of optimized processes within the new ERP system.
  • Collaborate on change management efforts with the business Adoption leads to manage resistance and ensure successful transition to new processes and systems.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process optimization efforts and identify further opportunities for improvement.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Supply Chain Operations.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience advising and recommending courses of action on process improvements, operational plans or business strategy related to ERP implementations in Supply Chain Operations across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Data.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating design workshops (Blueprint), assessments and planning sessions for cross functional topics and with various functional stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs, one of which being a large-scale ERP implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with demonstrable ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired results.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders, including engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP/system environment.
  • Requires Travel: up to 50% domestic and international.
