This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship.Overall PurposeThis position is responsible for implementation of next generation enterprise product platform to deliver new and enhance existing products. Responsible for product metrics and pricing execution. This position is the primary contact and escalation point for the Technology and Operations groups for business requirements, project meetings and product functionality.Essential Functions
Works with Technology and Product Management to create business requirements to support product development initiatives. Assess market requirements, participate in investigating new technologies and develop recommendations for technical & functional product strategy direction. Provides strong leadership to internal teams in order to meet product development and budget goals in order to support revenue plan and business case. Drives the product roadmap strategy including developing business case, establishing release milestones and launch plans. Insures that technical and functional requirements support the business requirements. Works with the Delivery group to insure that maintenance and operational implementation needs are reflected in the roadmap and related requirements. Responsible for sales readiness including working with marketing and sales to insure pricing plans, sales collateral, tools and training are current. Work with internal groups to deliver MIS and Business Intelligence and for product reporting. Manage product pricing process by working with sales, strategy and pricing committee including overseeing and supervising the work activities of pricing and MIS analyst(s). Assists Sales in customer acquisition and retention including value study support. Responsible for insuring that the product provides the anticipated value and establishes key performance indicators to track product value. Works with Operations to define and track operational metrics. Engages with customers, potential customers and business partners to gain customer and industry needs and insight utilized in the product development process. Develops leaders within department. Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.Minimum Qualifications Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field. 10 years' experience in the payments or financial services industry. Strong product development and customer interaction experience. Significant experience in the fraud and/or underwriting areas of banks. Detailed knowledge of industry risk management capabilities, tools and models. Demonstrated ability to write product requirement documents. Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and effective leadership skills. Ability to travel 10-20%.Preferred Qualifications Technology, business analysis or project management (AGILE) experiences a plus.
