Onsite Engagement Lead Partner - Manufacturing
Location – Charlotte, NC
Job Description
- Lead development of long-term client relationships
- Lead client engagements in the areas of brand strategy consumer insights customer segmentation innovation growth strategies and organizational change
- Manage teams to drive superior results and insightful and actionable recommendations for clients
- Be accountable for the timeliness, quality of work and project profitability
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Lead and manage internal growth and firm development activities
- Possess superior qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships in continued and seamless collaboration with lead partners as a strong representative of LTIMindtree and help in building long-term relationships across all levels of clients
- Together with the partner team present findings and recommendations to clients
- In close collaboration with partners identify and close new business leads from current and new clients
- Support and participate in lead development and other business development and marketing efforts in conjunction with partners and corporate marketing initiatives
- Managing programs across Infra and Apps
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Develop the project schedule and plan to ensure timely completion of the project Obtain management and client agreement with the project plan and timeline
- Assemble the project team identifies competencies and assign resources to development tasks appropriate to individuals knowledge skill and abilities
- Communicates clearly and consistently with team and Client managers
- Set up a strong project management foundation
- Will manage project delivery end to end and reporting the status
- Communicate project goals monitor project progress and adjust resources as necessary to keep the project on track
- Apply project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress
- Confirming successful delivery and signs of at the program closure
Candidate Profile
- Possess a strong mastery and a breadth and depth of essential consulting skills and business or brand strategy expertise
- Outstanding problem solver effective leader and excellent communicator with significant project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in client relationships with C level executives and developing new business
- Self-starter pioneering spirit resourceful and ability to take ownership quickly and reliably
- Comfortable with innovation and change we pride ourselves on creating new content and on working on projects that are cutting edge and thus require new thinking
- Ability to apply creative thinking to client issues
- Interested in working at a fast paced intellectually challenging programs
Job Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree with 7 to 15 years of work experience
- Strong professional track record in management
- Industry knowledge and experience in Manufacturing B2B
Education
Relevant degree required.
Pay Range:
Base Salary :$180,000 per annum to $210000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
