RayzeBio is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Director, Worldwide Forecasting, Insights & Analytics. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and maintaining global forecasts for RayzeBio assets, generating actionable market and customer insights, and partnering closely with commercial leadership to inform our product strategy and pre-launch commercial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biopharmaceutical forecasting, insights, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive business impact through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast Development and Execution
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive worldwide forecast for RayzeBio assets.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and outputs.
    • Coordinate with the BMS Forecasting team to align on processes, timelines, and submissions.
  • Analytics and Insight Plan Development and Execution
    • Design and implement a robust insights plan (Market Research, CI, Analytics, etc.) to inform RayzeBio's strategy and pre-launch commercial planning.
    • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics to generate actionable insights.
    • Identify needed data sets and develop and implement a plan to acquire and make data usable for analytics.
    • Utilize various data sources to provide a holistic and actionable view of the market landscape and competitive environment.
    • Effectively manage multiple suppliers to help execute work.
  • Partnership and Collaboration
    • Partner closely with BMS teams to identify and leverage existing assets, tools, and processes that can be utilized at RayzeBio.
    • Serve as the key insights partner to the Head of Commercial at RayzeBio, working closely on a day-to-day basis to address strategic and analytical needs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other RayzeBio functions to integrate insights into strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and Impact
    • Foster a data-driven culture and establish insights capabilities and processes within RayzeBio.
    • Translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a compelling and impactful manner.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of experience in insights, analytics, forecasting, or market research roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven track record in leading insights strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
    • Expertise in developing and maintaining excel-based pharmaceutical product forecasts, oncology experience strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record of working with senior leadership on forecast development and communication.
    • Expertise in developing product forecasts, market assessments, and competitive intelligence analyses.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively convey insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Collaborative and influential leadership style, with the ability to build strong partnerships across the organization.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree in business, marketing, or a quantitative discipline is preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Standard office environment coupled with GMP production and facility environment.
    • Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
    • Must be comfortable working with radioactive materials.

    The starting compensation for this job is a range from $215,290-$291,275 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
