We are looking for an additional team member to join our Consultant Services team virtually. In this role you will be working in a team-oriented environment alongside other Engagement Managers and Talent Managers as well as Account Executives.
The ideal candidate will be naturally curious and have a growth mindset, constantly thinking of ways to improve processes and the overall consultant and client experience.
This role requires a professional with a proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little supervision. Some of the tasks are high-stakes and involve contract and legal agreements. Attention to detail is a must. This is not a strictly administrative position; it requires initiative and analytical skills to come up with solutions and accomplish everyday tasks and challenges.
To be successful in this role you must be able to form relationships with each team member as well as our consultants, located nationwide, to efficiently drive the interviewing and on-boarding process. A large portion of the position involves communicating via phone and email with candidates, consultants and internal team members.

What we offer:
The Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
