Our client is seeking a Sr Engineer - OmniChannel to join their team. This role is an On-site, Direct-Hire position in Las Vegas, NV.
Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:
- Integrating Voice, Email, SMS, Chat, and AI into a unified experience.
- Optimizing channel performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure system compatibility and data synchronization.
- Escalate complex issues to management or subject matter experts.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and go-live support of Voice Services projects.
Your previous experience includes:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Required licenses and certifications
- 5+ years of experience in PBX/Avaya Communication Manager applications
- Proven expertise in cloud-based omnichannel solutions (e.g., Five9, NICE CX, TalkDesk)
- Hands-on experience with Avaya CM, System Manager, CS1K, and Oracle Session Border Controller
- Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager components and troubleshooting techniques.
Salary: $95K - 125K
