The Role

The Sr. Enterprise Client Executive is the primary point of contact for the client, responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients. This role requires in depth technology services industry experience, building strong client relationships, a track record of technology sales success, and a solid understanding of IT service delivery and operational processes. The Sr. ECE must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with Neudesic's regional leadership team to deliver accurate estimates and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate client executive relationships/engagements
  • Collaborate with Neudesic management and delivery teams
  • Partner with local Microsoft office teams & Microsoft server product lines
  • Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
  • Focused on continuously improving customer satisfaction, expanding our solutions portfolio, and supporting our client's digital transformation strategy
  • Leverage company resources to bring innovation supporting the clients business and processes and future transformation plans
  • Seek opportunities with colleagues to penetrate the companys existing relationships
  • Develop a professional network through various avenues such as attending industry events, joining user and social groups, and using advanced internet techniques

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of sales experience
  • Experienced in Microsoft product line and familiarity with local Microsoft office teams
  • Deep understanding of current technologies Intelligent Automation, Digital Workplace, Cloud, and Big Data
  • Existing knowledge of region with developed relationships
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives
  • Experience selling/orchestrating services deal sizes from $100K to Multi-million
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain key relationships within prospect companies
  • Will work collaboratively with Neudesic management and delivery teams
  • Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of standard selling disciplines, specifically Solution Selling
  • Existing knowledge of region with developed relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

For Florida, the expected salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $185,000. The salary range may be different if the successful employee is in a different state. This position is also eligible for performance bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Accommodations currently remain in effect for Neudesic employees to work remotely, provided that remote work is consistent with the work patterns and requirements of their teams management and client obligations. Subject to business needs, employees may be required to perform work or attend meetings on-site at a client or Neudesic location.
