IntelliTrans, (ITL), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Sr. F&A Manager/Assistant Controller to join our team hybrid in Conway, Arkansas.Position Summary: The Sr. F&A Manager/Assistant Controller will oversee accounting functions including supervision and review of the Company's monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. This position maintains communication and collaboration across key departments and various levels within the organization. The position will assist with the oversite of controls, policies, and tax compliance.The Sr. F&A Manager/Assistant Controller will report directly to the Controller.Position Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely financial statements and reports for month-end, year-end, budget, forecast, and financial analysis.
- Ensure prompt completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end closings.
- Ensure all Company policies and controls are in place and maintained.
- Analyze past and present financial details to identify areas for improvement and ideas for development.
- Implement new system and business processes to enhance efficiency, controls and automation.
- Participate in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights.
- Provide management, oversight, and supervision to all assigned direct reports and departments.
- Provide direction and assistance to the leadership team regarding all accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, sales & marketing, HR to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives.
- Possess and maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with federal and state laws in all areas of accounting.
- Assist with oversite of cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Assist with annual audits and provide relevant documentation to internal and external auditors.
- Assist in providing information needed to prepare tax returns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUNDEducation & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- Active CPA designation is required
- Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience with people management experience
Skills:
- Strong, working knowledge of GAAP
- Strong, working knowledge SOX and internal controls
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to reconcile various reports
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction in meeting deadlines
- Organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
