The Facility Manager will ensure that contractual commitments with the customer are met by maintaining good working relationship with the client and its staff and providing leadership for the Facility management operations for the site.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide overall responsibility for staff and contractors on siteManage the timely completion and review of key administrative deliverables such as monthly reports, annual reports,internal and external auditsEstablish and meet the annual operating plan goals and objectives.Ensure safety of staff and public using the facilityTo lead the operations in PG county which consists of 6 schoolsManage contractors, lead a team and work collaboratively with client to complete work and build the relationshipNeeds to be self-directed and somewhat of an entrepreneurial mindThe annual base salary range for this position is $92,000-$115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
