Our Client is seeking a Senior Facility Manager for a temporary to permanent opportunity in the Columbus, OH area. Ideal candidates will have Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Facility Management, Business Management, etc.) with a minimum of 10 years' experience in facility management. GMP and/or biopharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
Candidate must also have experience supporting OSHA compliant safety, EHS programs, 3rd party vendor management, CMMS systems, employee management, purchase orders, and contract management, while providing excellent customer service to the end client within a regulated environment.
This position will oversee and provide leadership in the operation, staffing, SOW, compliance, financial targets, safety programs, life cycle asset maintenance, growth, performance, and in the development of the facility service delivery and staff. Role also has the opportunity to receive a 20% bonus structure.
