In this advanced role, you'll be responsible for providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the successful implementation of our material handling solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.If you thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment and have expertise in Industrial Automation, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Use your advanced technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues in industrial automation systems, including PLCs (Allen Bradley), HMIs, VFDs, conveyors, palletizers, and robotics.Provide Technical Support: Offer advanced on-site support for Honeywell's material handling solutions, ensuring customers' systems are running at peak efficiency.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, product management, and project teams to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of automation solutions.Customer Training & Mentorship: Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers, helping them understand and utilize our solutions effectively.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date with advancements in industrial automation and making recommendations for improvements.Travel 100% within the Northeast regions and occasionally, nationwide.The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-$118,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
