: Job Details :

Designs, develops and enhances current financial management systems. Maintains responsibility for assigned areas of hospital financial management such as internal financial reporting, classification of accounts and funds, plant ledgers and third-party reimbursement systems. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general direction and with latitude for the exercise of independent judgment: Designs and develops detail specifications for financial management system to assure timely and accurate generation of reports to guide senior management. Enhances and maintains hospital accounting and application of reimbursement, principals and procedures. Reviews, analyzes and develops control systems for specific funds and reimbursement rate applications. Develops and maintains detailed analysis of various statistical and financial information to be used for financial reporting and reimbursement.
