This role necessitates experience in 3D estimating software, as the successful applicant will be responsible for estimating projects and managing site work and utility construction projects. - Proficiency in 3D estimating software (Ag-Tek preferred)
- Strong project management experience

- Ability to negotiate and secure subcontracts

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project Standard

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects while completing estimating duties
- Supervise site superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors
- Communicate with project owners and engineers
- Attend pre-bid meetings and develop accurate bid proposals
- Negotiate and manage subcontracts
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Handle change order pricing and negotiations
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in site work and utility construction project management
- A record of successfully estimating and managing civil site and utility projects
- Working knowledge of civil site and utility construction methods and production rates
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree is desirable
- Cost accounting experience preferred
