We combine the personalized attention of a local business with the capacity to meet the diverse HR needs of clients nationwide.About the Role:We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, lead key HR initiatives, and proactively develop business opportunities to drive growth.The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise, exceptional consulting skills, and a passion for delivering tailored, value-added solutions that exceed client expectations. You'll provide end-to-end HR support across a variety of industries and business sizes, ensuring our clients thrive in today's ever-changing workforce landscape.What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and provide proactive support including handling employee relations, conducting investigations, management coaching and counseling, developing performance management systems, developing and interpreting policies, benefit plan design, compensation, and training and development.
  • Design, lead, and implement HR projects for clients, including workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and HR process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation, helping clients solve complex HR issues and improve business outcomes.
  • Actively identify new opportunities within existing client accounts and prospective clients to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure clients are compliant with changes in employment related legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver webinars and conduct speaking engagements for clients and prospects.
  • Partner with internal Payroll and HR Operations teams to solve HR related problems for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (Master's degree a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist or HR Business Partner with a focus on consulting and project-based work
  • HR certification PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP
  • Strategic thinker with the eagerness to grow the business and a passion for HR
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements
  • Must have computer proficiency with MS Office, HCM and cloud-based programs
  • High energy - enjoying lots of action, change, and challenging assignments
