Together with the Head of Production, creates a vision for organizational culture as a Target / Future State, based on personal experiences of working within a best practice environment. Create a vision for HR Manager best practice. Support cultural transformation change. Demonstrates autonomy of thinking and execution, whilst being collaborative at the same time. Coaches leaders towards best practice execution of people management responsibilities. Guides the leadership team towards practices that lift employee engagement. Creates an environment of trust (from a current position of low trust). Guides leadership team towards practices that lift trust. Shifts the HR function from a position of reactive and catch up to proactive and practice-leading. Support the managers/supervisors at the shopfloor how to lead and showcase what good leadership means. Support the Head of Production in establishing leadership routines, create awareness for dos, donts and no gos.
