Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bi-Lingual HR Generalist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Human Resources, along with 5+ years of experience in the field. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as this role will require communication with both English and Spanish-speaking employees. The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits packages.Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed
- Administer benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Process employment verifications and unemployment paperwork
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Provide HR support to managers and employees on various HR-related topics
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with recruitment, benefit administration, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
