Our team manages investment operations and support oversight, including claims oversight, foreign exchange, and emerging market setup. We also facilitate implementation for the firm's new instruments and markets for all products and manage our outsourced middle office service provider.This role is part of an operational, strategic initiative and is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to differentiate themselves in a driven environment positively. In this role, you will assist our Portfolio Managers in delivering incremental alpha and managing operational risk while growing their knowledge base.About You

- Identify, source, measure, monitor, evaluate, and mitigate operational risk in processes.
- Provide solutions/suggestions to bring the best outcome for our clients.
- Oversee providers and ensure they are delivering qualitative output.
- Serve as the go-to for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, custodians, brokers, Legal & Compliance, other operations teams, Account Management, and front, middle and back offices globally in promoting process efficiency.
- Contribute to driving projects and getting stakeholders to reach a consensus on complicated processes.
- Understand and consistently meet project stakeholder expectations by being able to understand the interdependencies across multiple sub-projects and manage progress.
- Track and report accurate deliverable status for assigned scope and be able to present to stakeholders independently.
- Develop presentations with mentorship.
- Cross-train and guide other teams in finding solutions.Position Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Operational knowledge in foreign exchange and emerging markets.
- Experience in new market onboarding experience desirable but not required.
- Understanding of settlement mechanics.
- Strong business writing skills (able to communicate clearly and professionally with others; and to create valuable resources for the business).
- Experience with MS computer applications, good at Excel/PowerPoint.
