Pay: $60-65.00 per hour
Our Commercial Lines team is currently seeking a Sr. IT Project manager to join our growing team in our Worcester, MA office. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial or insurance services managing a complex model, someone with a good technical background working with multiple integration partners, SaaS vendors, etc.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a proven technology delivery leader with a desire to help drive strategic business outcomes for our Commercial Lines business units. The position offers the opportunity to partner with business and technology leadership at the Hanover while leading a cross-functional team delivering on a multi-year roadmap. As a member of the team, you are expected to lead the execution and delivery of technology projects while collaborating with business partners to advance the Commercial Lines organization. You are methodical, have excellent communication and time management skills – and can utilize those skills effectively across various business units.
Ultimately, the Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of technology projects of varying complexity.
With your solid blend of technical, and business facing skills, you will successfully partner with areas across the enterprise to lead delivery of projects in their area.
