- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of workflows, processes, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S initiatives, and other Lean tools to drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to integrate Lean principles throughout the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and leadership on Lean methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of Lean initiatives and recommend actionable improvements.
- Evaluate and implement Lean technologies and software tools to support ongoing operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach team members on Lean practices, serving as a subject matter expert and change agent.
- Support leadership in strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations based on Lean principles and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, or a related engineering role.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in regulated industry is required
