* Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Administration, Logistics, Operations or similar discipline.
* APICS Certification a plus
* 15+ years in a manufacturing management setting with experience in WH management, Import/Export, inventory management, shipping, and warehousing.
* Experience with SAP and/or Infor XA ERP systems preferred
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts a plus
* Familiar with regulations and normative requirements of the manufacturing industry (ISO 9001).
* Experience implementing bar code systems and/or processes a plus

The Division Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) is Comets largest division and a global leader in developing and producing high-performance Vacuum Capacitors, RF Matches and RF Generators for the semiconductor industry.
* Receiving production and site operational items
* Kitting for production and material movement throughout the facility
* Providing Import/Export Support to the team and representing Operations on I/E issues
* JIT inventory movements
* Shipping of production units and other site operational items
* Managing cycle count and 100% PI inventory program
* Build and mentor WH/Logistics team.
* Partner with the EHS manager to ensure all personnel are working in a safe environment at all times.
* Develop and implement WH layout modifications to support improved efficiencies.
* Drive/Implement KPIs to manage the success of receiving, shipping, kitting, and the Inventory count programs.
* Partner with Planning, Purchasing and Customer Support to ensure we are meeting customer expectations and expedite requests as necessary.
* Drive appropriate lean initiatives to improve productivity throughout the organization.
* Ensure team capacity is set up daily to meet the business demands.
* Cross train resources amongst the receiving, warehouse, and shipping roles to provide flexibility to support demand.
* Ensure shipments are in compliance with tariff and customs regulations.
* Directly lead investigations on customer or shipping complaints to identify root cause and drive implementation of corrective actions.
