Broadridge is hiring! The Sr. Manager - Business Process is an individual contributor role and responsible for overseeing and enhancing business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role involves designing and implementing process improvements, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring business processes align with organizational goals and objectives.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office. We will consider qualified candidates that are remote as well.
Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement:
+ Identify and analyze current business processes to find areas for improvement.
+ Design and implement process enhancements for efficiency, quality, and productivity.
+ Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
2. Project Management:
+ Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
+ Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.
3. Data Analysis:
+ Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate process performance.
+ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for process improvement.
+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
4. Change Management:
+ Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful process adoption.
+ Train and support staff on new processes and systems.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic goals.
+ Communicate process changes and benefits to stakeholders effectively.
6. Technology Integration:
+ Assess and integrate technology solutions that support business process improvement.
+ Work with IT to ensure that process automation and digital transformation initiatives are successfully implemented.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business process management, operations, or related roles.
+ Proven experience in leading process improvement projects and managing cross-functional teams.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
+ Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
+ Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Six Sigma).
+ Knowledge of ERP systems and other business software applications.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP is a plus.
+ Understanding of financial principles and the ability to evaluate the financial impact of process improvements a plus
+ Familiarity with BPM software (e.g., Visio, Smartsheet, Oracle) a plus
+ Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., MSP, AXIA, Oracle) a plus
+ Experience in implementing process automation and digital transformation initiative a plus
Salary range $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
