We're looking to hire a Senior Manager - Entertainment Brand Marketing for a global entertainment company.
You'll join the Advertising Sales Department to contribute to the strategy and activation for advertiser solutions tied to Daytime and Syndication Programming.
- This is a 9 month opportunity
- Onsite in NY, NY M-TH and remote Friday opportunity.
- Entertainment/Media Experience Required.
- Hourly Pay: $65hr. - $75hr.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Programming Producers to develop customized and market-wide Sponsorship pitch materials across all platforms, e.g. linear, digital, social, streaming.
- Facilitate deal negotiations with Clients, Studios, Producers, Internal Teams and Public Relations.
- Manage activation processes for successful deals, including timelines, approvals, production shoots, and post-production, lead kickoff calls, creative approval processes, and shoot preparation.
- Manage on-set shoots (script outlines, client hosting, problem-solving).
- Maintain all project-related documentation, including budget management, billing, deal recaps and research materials.
- Collaborate with Entertainment Brand Solutions Specials and Sports Brand Solutions teams on sales strategy, partnership packaging, and positioning.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Entertainment Marketing, Sponsorship, Promotion, Branded Entertainment, and/or Media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency, or entertainment studio.
- Proven experience managing one or more employees.
- Experience leading on-set shoots.
- Experience collaborating with senior-level executives.
- Fully proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office. Canva or Photoshop experience a plus.
