Description Position Summary: In this role, the IT Audit Sr. Manager will Lead complex-level professional IT internal audit work across Estee Lauder's global brands, regions, and functions. The work involves planning, conducting, and reporting IT audit projects; providing consulting services to the organization's management and staff; and providing key input to development of the risk-based annual internal audit plan. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the annual IT Audit Plan including managing resource allocation per engagement, partnering with the OPEX lead, etc.
  • Lead the global IT Risk Assessments and audit plan determination for Cyber and IT
  • Manage & maintain working relationships with senior level stakeholders globally
  • Oversee the Audit Follow Up Process to Ensure audit findings, improvement opportunities, and insights are appropriately actioned and facilitate related reporting.
  • Lead IT audit engagements including planning, risk assessment, execution, and post-remediation across technology risks covering the enterprise including:
oCyber Security oRetail oe-Commerce oFinance oManufacturing oSupply Chain
  • Execute assurance/advisory related test work in a variety of computing environments, including:
oCloud (Microsoft, Amazon, Google) oInfrastructure (Windows, UNIX/Linux, AS/400, Oracle etc.) oBusiness Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, In-house Developed)
  • Utilize data analysis tools and provides data driven insights to support work.Collaborate with relevant departments to offer insights and recommended solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with key individuals necessary for collaboration.
  • Prepare written reports to summarize work performed, findings, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in a combination of IT Internal Audit, IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, IT Security, or IT Assurance & Advisory Services
  • Proven success working independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, engineering, data science, MIS, or equivalent education focused on information systems.
  • Have or are pursuing a CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or other relevant certifications.
  • Expertise in technology, security, privacy and/or cloud technology. Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, ISO, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong communication skills including interpersonal, presentation and report writing skills.
  • Analytics experience with Alteryx, Power IB, SQL, Python, is a plus.
  • Experience in the consumer products, retail, and/or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of application, cloud, and network security and secure development life cycle is a plus.
U.S. Corporate/Office Exempt Roles The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400 to $163,800. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
