A high-growth biotech company is expanding to support its market leading products that have grown double-digit YOY for several years. The wearable digital products provide real time monitoring of a chronic medical condition that affects over 10% of the US population. The product is disruptive, highly effective and well-reimbursed.
The Opportunity:
The Sr. Marketing Manager Market Access will set market access strategy for new and ongoing cost, coverage and access programs for this disruptive market-leading product portfolio. The type of person who will excel in this role is someone who likes working on high-profile products; you will work with senior leaders to develop new programs for providers and health systems. The role emphasizes strategy, message development and a consultative and entrepreneurial approach. The hiring manager is looking for a strategic partner on the team, someone who enjoys high-visibility roles where you define value propositions and clinical outcomes.
With the role's focus on strategy, you will be managing marketing activities and business processes for managed care programs. You will aid in the development of long-term strategic plans for the business and serve as a product expert with a high degree of market access market and competitive knowledge. You will be responsible for analysis, planning, and implementation of tactical programs and execute the promotional material approval process.
You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues from other departments, including brand marketing, sales planning, finance, forecasting and pricing. The high visibility of the position and the products means there are significant opportunities for career development and advancement. Travel is estimated at 15%.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
A highly competitive base salary is provided, along with a yearly cash bonus, generous 401k match, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary is $125,000-$250,000.
This position will be based at the San Francisco Bay Area company HQ with an in-office work style. Financial assistance is available for relocation support.
