Manager of Attorney Professional Development

$180,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a Manager of Attorney Professional Development, developing and shaping the firm's strategic professional development function.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating new and improving attorney training programs.
• Conduct training sessions for attorneys.
• Develop and maintain the firm's internal CLE programs.
• Assist with the attorney's annual performance evaluation.
• Oversee the attorney mentoring program.
• Assist with attorney new hire orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in training and development at a law firm.
• Knowledge of learning management systems.
