The Senior Manager, Patient Engagement Marketing plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing team's initiatives and positively contributes to our overall patient growth and retention goals. This position involves developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and tactics to enhance patient engagement and retention.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Evolve and optimize retention strategies and tactics to improve patient engagement and deter disenrollment in partnership with Patient Engagement Marketing leadership.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engagement campaigns across channels including, but not limited to direct mail, email, phone, and text/SMS.

* Manage and/or support the execution of engagement campaigns while balancing short- and long-term company objectives for optimal patient experience.

* Create and/or improve processes to drive efficiency and allow for scalability; identify opportunities for automation.

* Identify and recommend changes to our audience and patient segmentation strategies.

* Manage KPIs and regularly deliver progress updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders especially to optimize future strategies and tactics.

* Partner closely with Patient Experience to understand and address patient sentiment, pain points, and overall satisfaction.

* Work with broader marketing team to ensure alignment where applicable, e.g. brand, digital, growth.

* Oversee engagement marketing calendar to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts with other marketing initiatives across the Marketing COE.

* Partner cross-functionally to identify, develop, and launch enterprise-wide opportunities based on business, patient, and/or industry insights.

* Manage relationships with external and/or internal marketing technology partners to enable the work we do.

* Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

* Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.

* Proactive, self-starter with ability to set direction and move forward in high-ambiguity environment; able to troubleshoot, solve problems, and reconcile conflicting priorities.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence; strong editing skills.

* Track record of developing and executing marketing communication plans and strategies that deliver strong results.

* Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and/or nationally up to 10% of the time; flexible to work evening, weekends and/or holidays as needed

* Spoken and written fluency in English

* This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

* BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field; MA/MS degree in Marketing or related field preferred OR a combination of education and experience

* A minimum of 10 years' work experience of consumer marketing experience in retail, CPG, or healthcare required. Proven record of success.

* Direct experience with at least two of the following channels - direct mail, email, phone, text/SMS, push required. Proven record of success.

* Minimum of 5 years direct experience in CRM, Lifecycle/Engagement/Retention marketing, or Integrated/Loyalty Marketing with a proven track record of increasing retention, traffic, and/or revenue required.
