As a Product Manager focusing on Site Reliability Engineering, you will be reimagining our Developer Experiences to create game-changing tooling and automation to accelerate business outcomes. You will build services that dramatically reduce time to build while also reducing risk at scale. As the leader for the SRE pod, your features and tooling will power real-time, intelligent capabilities and enable the Bank to ship products at devastating speed. On any given day in the Bank you'll be:

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
  • At least 4 years of experience working on the core product platforms that power digital experiences.
  • At least 4 years of digital industry experience for consumers.
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process.
  • MBA.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
