ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager Talent & Learning Delivery

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the following organization goals:

  • Drive efficiency across Worldwide Commercial Operations and across the business - ensure that training is available across geographies and business units.
  • Support growth of the ADP Sales.
  • Keep up with new products, processes, and training technologies.
  • Participate in virtual & classroom delivery when appropriate.
  • Work closely with the delivery & design teams to ensure that training programs are delivered as planned, maximizing the impact of training design.
  • Increase ES Sales Associate Productivity through the creation of programs targeted in the areas of ADP products and services, sales process, sales messaging, sales methodology, sales skills, sales tools, and other specialized content.
  • Work in conjunction with the BU's and Pre-Sales to develop programs for tenured sales associates designed to accelerate sales performance.
  • Design programs with actions and opportunities that will lead to specific business results.
  • Work with instructional design team and other functional areas across the organization to validate the field relevance of the content.
  • Collaborate with field sales leadership to identify and execute on key strategic productivity and development initiatives across Business Unit lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Align projects with a BU agnostic approach wherever possible.
  • Assist in project management of Continuous Learning initiatives.
  • Align to BU and Pre-Sales strategy/needs.
  • Offer consultation to the BU's and Pre-Sales as needed based on strategic vision.
  • Event design & facilitation targeted at tenured sellers.
  • Train and coach Sales and Pre-Sales associates on ADP products, sales process, sales messaging, sales methodology, sales tools, and sales skills.
  • Deliver Certified Learning Programs to Worldwide Commercial Ops Sales Associates as appropriate.
  • Facilitate a real-world environment for immediate, on-the-job application of the learning.
  • Employ State-of-the-Art, Best of Industry skills and practices to Delivery in the areas of Virtual, Instructor Led, and Coaching-based facilitation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and mastery of coaching techniques in a variety of learning modalities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business, marketplace, competition, and strength of ADP's Solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ADP's Solutions such as Workforce Now, RUN, Next Generation, and TotalSource among others.
  • Proven ability to scope, collaborate, communicate, and execute on custom facilitation requests with internal and external business partners.
  • Effectively engage leadership to play a key role in reinforcing the learning.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback to the Instructional Design team including recommended solutions to logistical problems as well as overall course improvements.
  • Approximately 10-20% overnight travel required, when applicable.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of successful sales performance, sales leadership, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing others as a coach and/or mentor.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent facilitation skills required.
  • Subject Matter Expert in specific areas including specialized content, Business Unit knowledge, ADP Solutions, Sales Leadership initiatives, and international markets (where applicable).
  • Proven proficiency in technical and multi-media components critical to effective facilitation (Webex and interactive tools, Adobe, PowerPoint, etc.).

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is $82,300.00 - $167,200.00 / Year.
