- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication via phone and email.
- Lead, build, drive, and optimize successful marketing campaigns within the Marketplace ecosystem, including platforms like Amazon Ad Console, DSP, Walmart, Target, and others.
- Take ownership of client projects, proactively evaluating creative solutions tailored to each client's unique business objectives and challenges.
- Utilize reporting tools to analyze and interpret clients' KPIs, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of vertical and categorical trends, understanding how external factors impact the marketplace landscape.
- Conduct regular calls to review performance, identify new opportunities, and provide innovative advertising strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities both on and off Amazon to enhance brand awareness and drive sales volume.
- Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks effectively on joint accounts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Amazon Advertising, paid eCommerce, senior media planning, or similar roles.
- Strong data analytics and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Excel, and Google Tools.
- Experience managing complex client needs and diverse personalities in a client-facing role.
- Ability to proactively seek answers to questions and adapt to evolving challenges.
- Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
