USA. This position will have the opportunity for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of dry powder and liquid manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. The Senior Manufacturing Technician will perform various operations using specialized equipment ranging from manual to automated process steps. This role requires a high level of attention to detail with safety, quality, and other production standards in mind to contribute to the sites overall success.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Use various equipment for processing.* Interpret established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure product quality and consistency.* Collaborate and work with diverse teams to support manufacturing.Monitor critical process parameters for equipment and perform routine checks to ensure process integrity and identify any deviations.QUALIFICATIONS:* Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology with 1-3 years experience or equivalent or a related field.* Proven experience in control systems as they relate to full automated technology.* Familiarity with industrial automation processes and equipment, such as motors, drives, sensors, and actuators.* PLC knowledge and experience is a plus with knowledge of Allen-Bradely software and drives.* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technicial manuals.Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $25.58-$32.73.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
