Title: Sr. OCM / PM SpecialistLocation: Houston, TXDuration: 6+ month contractWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US.As a Sr. OCM / PM Specialist, you will work to assist the team with key Change Management and Project Management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and transformation objectives.Work with end users on new technology adoption, identifying concerns / pain points / areas of resistance, and remediating those matters.Create and execute change communication plans, ensuring key messages reach the right audience at the right time.Develop training materials and conduct workshops to build change competency among employees.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.Lead projects and meetings related to metrics associated with technology roll-out.Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and organizational development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in change management communicationsStrong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay401(k) retirement plan…and much more!About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
